In Good Company at Trogo | 6pm Thursdays

Chef Stephanie Johnston's Good Company joins Trogo through a collaboration rooted in a shared love of seasonal ingredients, thoughtful cooking, and the joy of gathering around the table.

Hosted beside Trogo's urban farm, each dinner spotlights one seasonal vegetable through a curated, plant-forward menu shared around communal tables.
