Trogo O.O. | 11-Course Preview Dinner

Join us for an exclusive first taste of Trogo O.O., our new collection of finishing extra virgin olive oils from Mani, Greece.

Thursday, November 5, 2026. Doors open at 6pm, dinner will start shortly after.

To celebrate the launch, we're hosting an 11-course dinner, with each dish highlighting one of our 11 olive oil varieties. From rosemary and basil to sun-dried tomato and chili, each oil is co-pressed with whole ingredients, bringing bold and robust flavors to the table.

Our menu will take you through the entire collection, pairing each variety with a thoughtfully crafted dish inspired by our Greek roots and the ingredients we love.

You'll also have the opportunity to taste the collection and be among the first to pre-order Trogo O.O. ahead of its official release.
