Trogo o.o. is meant to be savored

It brings food to life, gathers people around the table, and adds a little temptation to every bite.

Rooted in Mani, our family’s region of Greece, olives and whole ingredients are co-pressed from the start for a robust taste that is slightly unhinged and seriously unctuous.

Co-presssssssed

Unlike infused oils, co-pressing creates bold, vibrant flavors that add depth and character to every dish. Each variety brings its own distinctive finishing touch, whether poured, dipped, or dressed.

Not sure where to start? Our chef, Lolita Sereleas, shares her favorite ways to enjoy each variety and make the most of every pour.

Meet our snake

Slithering through gardens and olive groves, our snake is a symbol of temptation with an appetite to match.

With an unhinged jaw, ours is no different. Curious, a little mischievous, and always ready for another bite.
